Chasselas sur lie
The jewel of the estate. Made the old-fashioned way and matured in casks for twelve months, it is left to age in the bottle for at least two years. This maturation on the lees gives it a solid yet rounded structure unusual for this grape variety. It is a glorious wine for sophisticated and spicy dishes.
